Reading Notes: Homer's Odyssey, Part B

-Use a manner of speech/writing style appropriate for the time period and setting that I'm choosing to base the story in, for example Greek mythology has a specific style, remember to adjust based on the environment.

-Referencing other mythological stories that are related to the main story is a good tool to use as some readers enjoy seeing crossovers between sources of literature and whatever their current focus is.

-When not writing micro fictions and instead writing one large story, combine text with dialogue appropriately otherwise it will be easily spotted that text or dialogue was only sprinkled in as an after thought.
