Reading Notes: Izanagi and Izanami, Part A
-When writing stories in a poem form, take note of a variety of adjectives to use in describing characters or environments. Izanagi and Izanami is overflowing with various descriptors in front of almost every noun.
-Style of dialogue is important depending on the tone in mind for the story, common theme in spiritual stories focused on deities is a sort of detached narration combined with excessive use of sophisticated adjectives.
-Use pictures to help guide readers along imagining the context of the story in their head, as gods and goddesses of vast sizes might be harder to impose on a natural environment like the countryside or shores of an ocean.
